La pedagogía de la Impunidad en Oaxaca, aun cuando no pasa nada, sigue pasando. 37 ejecuciones extrajudiciales durante el sexenio de AMLO: MULT

El Movimiento de Unificación y Lucha Triqui (MULT) denuncia que la violencia en el estado de Oaxaca contra la nación triqui no se ha detenido desde hace 53 años y que aun cuando no pasa nada, sigue pasando. Esa pedagogía de la impunidad en donde a los delincuentes se les hace fácil cometer crímenes a sabiendas de que no tendrá consecuencias.
Pascual de Jesús menciona que en el gobierno que encabeza Salomón Jara Cruz el MULT lleva hasta ahora 17 asesinados. El MULT se viene movilizando en torno a los ejes de justicia, para el esclarecimiento total de cada uno de estos crímenes, que no existe impunidad, que se castigue a los autores materiales e intelectuales.
Hace 53 años el contexto de guerra de baja intensidad por el Estado en medio de la represión y guerra sucia que se estaba dando en nuestro país con toda impunidad fue asesinado Genaro Vázquez rojas, luchador social incansable. En el MULT reivindicamos su lucha, por eso se le recuerda como un
hombre comprometido con la enseñanza y con la lucha por lograr mejorar vida de los desfavorecidos y explotados, lo que trajo como consecuencia es que lo persiguieran y lo encarcelaran como un prisionero político para que finalmente continuara su situación extrajudicial.
El MULT denuncia hoy que las cosas no han cambiado, la persecución y la guerra sucia persiste. Como ejemplo denunciamos que del 01 de diciembre del 2018 al 30 de septiembre de los 2024, periodo gobernado por el entonces Presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, se dieron en Oaxaca
un total de 34 ejecuciones extrajudiciales según el informe de 2024, suscrito por el Comité Cerezo México
la entidad oaxaqueña concentra el 40.4% de ese tipo de crímenes en el país durante estos últimos 6 años. El informe sostiene que el total de ejecuciones extrajudiciales cometidas en todo el sexenio de López Obrador es de 84 personas defensoras de Derechos Humanos este mismo informe se asegura que esas excursiones extrajudiciales fueron realizadas por motivos políticos, es decir, con una forma de castigo por la actividad en defensa o ejercicio de algún derecho humano que las personas estaban realizando y cuyos perpetradores han sido señalados como agentes del Estado de igual forma
en este sexenio que inicia con la doctora Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo ya se cuenta con 6 discusiones extraordinarias, cuatro en Oaxaca y dos en Chiapas.
El cinco de noviembre de 2024 ejecutaron extrajudicialmente a nuestras compañeras triquis defensoras de los derechos humanos Adriana y Virginia Ortiz García en la capital del estado de Oaxaca. el once del mismo mes asesina al entrenador de básquetbol de los niños triquis Rigoberto Martínez Sandoval,
crímenes que se suman a la larga lista de caídos de nuestra organización y que siguen impunes. Además, en lo que va de este gobierno estatal son 17 caídos en total por las balas de los enemigos de la paz
Reafirman que el MULT es una organización social que trabaja para la paz, no para la guerra, que trabaja por el futuro de nuestra niñez y juventud a través del deporte, la música el baile y la formación académica con la finalidad de tener un pueblo educado que vea por el desarrollo y futuro de nuestras comunidades
La obligación del gobierno es detener la actividad delincuencial de estos grupos que destruyen el tejido social de nuestro pueblo triqui y mixteco.

Rechazan la narrativa que está construyendo el gobierno, tanto del estado de Oaxaca como del gobierno federal, para deslindarse de su obligación constitucional de lograr la pacificación de la zona Triqui. Mencionan su voluntad de construir una paz digna., duradera e integral. Responsabilizan de la violencia en su contra a grupos hegemónicos de la región Triqui que usan a los esquiroles de siempre y esto sólo trae muerte y desolación a sus comunidades sólo para que los caciques se apoderen de sus riquezas naturales.
